Day two has been another fun filled day, with just one thing after another! Sadly today we only had one visitor, but it happened to be the father of a boy in the class.
Mr Gill came in, to talk about his job linked to aerosols. The company makes Spiderman web spray, hair dyes sprays, glitter spray, chocolate spray, tattoo spray, snow sprays …. I think if it’s a spray his company made it, the list was endless!
Mr Gill was able to tell us about the product, the content, the tin and even the country it was made! As a company they produce 22 million tins each year . . . now that’s a lot of spray!
Mr Gill told us to try our best and use every opportunity when it comes along. It was evident that he had a passion for job. You might think how can a fully grown man be that excited about silly string … SIMPLE …… it’s the science behind it. Mr Gill stressed the importance of Science in the work place and pointed out how important it really is.
He was an extremely smart looking guy, who really entertained and encouraged the children to think about Science and its importance.
